Similar to the Forestry and Math program, this activity can be designed to fit many levels of Mathematics. The premise is that students explore the natural environment looking for certain geometric shapes occurring naturally. They learn photography skills and take photographs which are later printed and placed into a journal where they document the shapes, ratios, etc. within the image. Students will be asked to bring digital cameras for this activity.
